Critique

Two posts in one day – blimey! But today is worth it for one reason:
We’ve got new stuff! :)
Granted – it may mean a little bit more to us than it does you in the grand scheme of things, but we’ve been wanting to improve the voting on the site for a while now, and we finally think we’ve done it.
So now, once you’ve logged in, you will be greeted with the latest 5 designs submitted for Most Wanted status – you can of course view all of the latest design submitted here - but now there is the added bonus of being able to provide some critique on the design right within that window; so you can justify your Yay or Nay!
It may seem like small functionality, but as someone who has had designs rejected on a nearly weekly basis I really hope it’ll be useful to receive some constructive feedback from my peers.
We hope you like it!
(As always, we’d love your feedback on it below)

It’d be handy to be able to view more than just a page of submitted designs as well.
Currently, you have to vote for a bunch of t-shirts before you can view newer ones to vote on.
A simple page ordering would be better, I feel.
So I can view them all and not have a back-log of tees to vote on.
That is all. [:

It is a bit strange to have sometimes three or more versions of basically the same piece to rate, just as it is a tad cumbersome to have to upload the same .svg file five times in order to make a grey, red, orange, blue and black version of the same shirt. The question is then also if one really must submit all 5 versions of the same shirt to be rated, as it is a bit weird to click ‘love it’ 5 times. If there were some way to upload a design, and then submit just the design and the rating would then count on all implementations that might ease up on some ‘clutter’ – of course I would not want to have to program that. :) Cheers

Hey Ian,
Thanks for your comment.
You’re right of course – and we might just have something that will ease your woes up our sleeves very, very soon! :)
