September 14, 2007 at 2:26 pm | In Bountee, Code & Tech | 4 CommentsSo today – as well as listening to too much Kanye & 50 cent – we’ve done a few little updates to speed up the site. We hope they’ll help you get to your shirts that whole bit quicker :)
Also we sent out our first newsletter overnight, so you should check your inboxes for lovely, Bountee goodness.
For those of you not signed up with a Bountee account (shame on you – it’s free!) here is a link to the mail:

Hey guys.
Thanks for answering my previous questions. I’ve got a new one for you. Kinda revolves around the UPS shipping rate again. I just purchased 2 of my own Tees and was charged the 5$ shipping charge for each shirt in one order, Wassup with that? Does it really cost 10 plus bucks to ship 2 shirts? If so, Shouldn’t I get these shirts like within 2 to 3 days? I don’t mean to sound cheap, I just want people who come to your page and buy shirts to get a decent deal and not feel jipped when they check out and see a drastic change in the final price.

Hey Sacks10, You should only have been charged $5.00 for the first shirt and then $1.50 for the extra shirt…
If you mail me your details through the contact page I’ll sort this out for you… :)

Hey,
Just wanted to ask if it was at all possible to have a “Remember me..” checkbox for the login process. It quickly becomes annoying when I keep getting logged off after only about 10 minutes of inactivity.
Also, awesome site! Great work and there’s a whole bunch of awesome designs.

Hi
I am new to this site and was wondering what people use to design shirts. What is the process? What programs are recomemned? Are the shirt designs just drawings that people scan and upload? Any advice regarding this topic is greatly appreciated!
